{"id":2916,"date":"2023-08-24T08:15:10","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T08:15:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ukropposition.com\/?p=2916"},"modified":"2023-08-24T08:15:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T08:15:10","slug":"ukrainians-believe-that-donating-is-more-patriotic-than-serving-on-the-frontlines-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ukrreality.com\/ru\/ukrainians-believe-that-donating-is-more-patriotic-than-serving-on-the-frontlines-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukrainians believe that donating is more patriotic than serving on the frontlines &#8211; survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Surveyed Ukrainians believe that speaking Ukrainian and donating money are more patriotic during wartime than serving on the frontlines.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ratinggroup.ua\/research\/ukraine\/soc_olog_chne_dosl_dzhennya_do_dnya_nezalezhno_uyavlennya_pro_patr_otizm_ta_maybutn_ukra_ni_16-20_se.html\">This is indicated by a poll conducted by the &#8220;Rating&#8221; group on Independence Day.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Respondents could choose three answers from the options provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;donating\/volunteering&#8221; was chosen by 46% of those surveyed,<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;speaking Ukrainian&#8221; by 45%,<\/li>\n<li>serving on the frontlines by 33%,<\/li>\n<li>staying in Ukraine during the war by 33%,<\/li>\n<li>engaging in civil activities by 14%,<\/li>\n<li>attending a Ukrainian church by 6%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Looking separately at the responses from three categories of Ukrainians &#8211; those who haven&#8217;t left or have returned to Ukraine, veterans of the war, and refugees abroad &#8211; it can be observed that refugees abroad particularly voted actively for the &#8220;donating\/volunteering&#8221; option &#8211; 61%.<\/p>\n<p>They were also the least active in choosing a patriotic expression such as &#8220;staying in Ukraine,&#8221; which was selected by only 4%.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surveyed Ukrainians believe that speaking Ukrainian and donating money are more patriotic during wartime than serving on the frontlines.
