He noted that Russia had &#8220;months to create dense and well-fortified defensive lines,&#8221; which could allow it to continue fighting &#8220;for a very long time.&#8221; However, the number of brigades available to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) for an offensive is &#8220;limited.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I would also be cautious about predicting a breakthrough of Ukrainian forces through Russian defense lines.
