Trump’s team is in talks with Zaluzhny, Budanov, and Klitschko – media

The team of U.S. President Donald Trump is holding negotiations with former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Valerii Zaluzhnyi, head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) Kyrylo Budanov, and Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

This was reported by Ukrainian media, citing sources in Ukrainian political circles and the Verkhovna Rada.

Additionally, confidential negotiations are being conducted with the head of the ruling Servant of the People faction, Davyd Arakhamia.

According to sources in Ukrainian political circles, they were surprised that American media publications only highlighted Petro Poroshenko and Yulia Tymoshenko.

Earlier, Politico reported that four aides to U.S. President Donald Trump had held secret talks with Ukrainian politicians opposed to President Volodymyr Zelensky.

It was stated that Trump’s team had met with Yulia Tymoshenko and Petro Poroshenko, according to three Ukrainian MPs and an American Republican foreign policy expert.
