“500 people in ten days”: Ukrainian soldier talks about the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Toretsk

The commander of a drone company, Andriy Onistrat, spoke about the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Toretsk, Donetsk region.

According to him, people “disappeared” during the rotation when the 95th Brigade was replaced by the 150th Brigade in the city.

At the time of the rotation, up to one and a half hundred Russians entered the rear of the 95th Brigade. The command of the brigade that was supposed to replace them sent four armored vehicles to the positions, which were supposed to pass by the captured positions.

“Four armored vehicles, minus 40 people. They disappeared. Not only were they not escorted, but they vanished,” Onistrat reported.

On the second day, “the situation repeats itself.”

“In short, ten days, minus 500 people,” the soldier said, implying that these individuals either died or were taken prisoner.

It was recently reported that the Russians intensified their pressure on Toretsk. Ukrainian military personnel mentioned the difficult situation in the city.
