74% of Ukrainian men are ready to renounce their citizenship to avoid conscription

74% of men are willing to renounce Ukrainian citizenship to avoid mobilization.

These are the findings of another survey conducted on Facebook by the Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the ‘Servant of the People’ party, Mariyana Bezuhla.

In this survey, Bezuhla only asked men questions. Previously, she had asked questions about mobilization to women.

Bezuhla asked three different questions:

1. Would I be willing to renounce citizenship to avoid being mobilized to rear positions and defense enterprises (combat positions will only be voluntary in any case)?
2. Am I willing to enlist with the possibility of mobilization to rear positions and defense enterprises (combat positions will only be voluntary in any case) if it opens up borders for men?
3. Am I willing to enlist with the possibility of mobilization to rear positions and defense enterprises (combat positions will only be voluntary in any case) if it leads to the demobilization of those who have served for 24 months?”
