American Republican Senator Josh Hawley has called for redirecting all assistance intended for Ukraine to Israel.
“Israel is facing an existential threat. Any funding for Ukraine should be immediately redirected to Israel,” he wrote on social media X.

According to media reports, the White House wants to combine legislation that provides military aid to Israel with funding for Ukraine.
The Pentagon has stated that the United States can support both Ukraine and Israel with weapons.
