The results indicate that IT professionals who have gone abroad are only slightly more optimistic than those working in Ukraine.

The main challenges in job hunting mentioned by IT professionals include:
- Limited job opportunities and high competition (45%).
- Companies not responding or providing feedback (41%).
- Lengthy interview processes, multiple stages, or significant gaps between interviews (37%).
Experienced professionals with five or more years of work experience are also dissatisfied with their salaries, which do not meet their expectations.

Among them, about 19,000 women work in quality assurance (QA testing), and another 12,000 work in development and HR/recruiting. Exactly 87% of all IT specialists are registered as individual entrepreneurs (FOP).
