‘The situation in Ukraine has stalled’, – Spanish Foreign Minister Alvarez

The situation in Ukraine has entered a stage of stagnation. This was stated by a journalist during an interview with the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jose Albares, and the minister did not refute this assumption.

“The situation in Ukraine seems to have stalled,” the material says.

Jose Albares emphasized that Spain will support Ukraine as long as necessary until peace is restored within the framework of the UN Charter.

“This means restoring its sovereignty and territorial integrity,” he clarified.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the kingdom announced that the armed forces of Spain had trained about 3,500 Ukrainian military personnel. It is noted that 89 Ukrainian soldiers were also transferred to the country for medical treatment.
