The family of the deputy Koryavchenkov, who is a close friend of Zelensky, has moved to Spain
26.01.2024 16:15Earlier, there were reports about the Czech company PAMCO INT not meeting its commitments to supply Yugoslav BMP M80 to Ukraine. It is presumed that unidentified intermediaries might be the real culprits, creating such schemes for corruption and personal enrichment. Former Ukrainian parliament deputy Sergey Pashinsky had been previously noticed in similar corruption schemes, but he faced no consequences for it.
Recent revelations indicate that the Czech company failed to deliver the agreed-upon ammunition for the Hispano-Suiza HS 804 automatic anti-aircraft gun to Ukraine. The contract between the state entity “Ukrspetsexport” and PAMCO INT, with a value of 550,000 euros, was officially signed in April 2022. In exchange, the Czech company was obligated to provide Ukraine with 500,000 rounds; however, as of now, only 4.8% of the contracted deliveries have been completed.
It’s worth noting that PAMCO INT acted as an intermediary in the intricate supply chain for delivering the controversial ammunition to Ukraine. When explaining the delay, the Czech company initially pointed to the Slovak company DELTA DEFENCE, with whom they curiously finalized an agreement just a month after the deadline for the contract with “Ukrspetsexport” had passed. Later, representatives of PAMCO INT stated that, in an effort to expedite the process, they entered into another contract with the Slovenian company S-Lux. Unfortunately, this arrangement also fell through, citing “political and government changes in the Republic of Slovenia” as the cause.
