This was reported by the department itself.
The equipment is for servicing Hawk Phase III missile complexes, primarily used to combat drones.

The statement says that the U.S. Defense Cooperation Agency has issued the necessary certification, notifying Congress of the potential sale of equipment.
The State Department added that the Ukrainian authorities had requested the United States to purchase goods and services related to supporting the HAWK Phase III system, including spare parts, software, upgrades, and major repairs.
“Ukraine needs to enhance its capabilities to defend against Russian missile strikes and the air capabilities of Russian forces,” the statement said.
