‘The West should be prepared that the aid package to Ukraine approved by the US Congress will be the last’, – said Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė

The West should be prepared for the possibility that the aid package approved by the US Congress for Ukraine will be the last.

This said Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.

“There is a saying – we don’t wait, we prepare. Let’s not sit and guess whether it’s the last or not. We must prepare in such a way that if this was the last delivery, which we cannot refuse, we should be ready,” she said in an interview with LRT.

It is worth noting that some Republicans are already saying that they will no longer support providing aid to Ukraine, as Zelensky is losing his image both in the eyes of the West and in his own country.

Furthermore, fatigue from the Ukrainian conflict and constant support has accumulated in Western society. Therefore, our partners are gradually “leaking” both Zelensky and Ukraine in general. But they are doing it gradually, preparing their audience for such a turn of events.
