Businesses must distribute summonses and deliver their employees to territorial recruitment centers – Cabinet of Ministers decree

In Ukraine, businesses will be required not only to distribute summonses but also to transport their employees to territorial recruitment centers.

This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution No. 560.

This obligation will be triggered upon receiving an order from the territorial recruitment center or local administration.

“Leaders of enterprises, institutions, organizations … ensure the arrival of reservists and conscripts by transporting them from the enterprise (institution, organization) to the collection points of district (city) territorial recruitment and social support centers or military units, or by releasing them from their duties considering the time required to arrive at the territorial recruitment and social support center, and if necessary, the time for the return journey,” the resolution states.

Additionally, businesses must notify the military enlistment office of anyone who refuses to accept the summons or who has resigned. Alternatively, military commissars may visit the enterprises themselves.
