Border guards in the Odessa region stopped a truck carrying 41 men to the border. The driver of the grain truck was transporting a group of violators attempting to leave the country illegally.

The “tourists” turned out to be residents of 12 different regions of the country. Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the violators, and two individuals involved in organizing the illegal transport face criminal charges.

Journalists obtained details from sources in law enforcement.

“Yesterday at 19:20 near the village of Novoselki in the Izmail district, border guards stopped a Renault truck driven by a local resident. In the trailer, 41 men were found attempting to leave Ukraine,” the source said.

A criminal case has been opened.
