10.07.2024 - 09:56Russia produces nearly eight times more X-101 missiles (420) than before February 24, 2022 (56).
This is reported by the Financial Times.
The X-101 is one of Russia’s most advanced cruise missiles. Its design incorporates components from Western countries, especially from the United States, intended for civilian use, some of which are quite old.
Russia purchases these components on the open market and imports them through China. The manufacturers are identified as China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.

Earlier, NBC News reported that Russia has increased the production of missiles, shells and drones despite Western sanctions. The stockpile of Iskander ballistic missiles has also sharply increased—from approximately 50 to 180.
Additionally, Russia produces artillery shells about three times faster than Ukraine’s Western allies.
