The President of Poland stated that Ukraine cannot join NATO until the war is over
10.07.2024 - 12:49Since the beginning of the year, territorial recruitment centers have imposed nearly 12,000 fines on Ukrainians for violations of military registration. This figure surpasses the total for the entire previous year, which saw 10,337 fines issued.
These data are provided by the service “Opendatabot.”
Currently, one-third of the fines (4,236) imposed by military commissariats have already been collected, while 64% (7,562) are still being collected from debtors.
As evident, the number of fines is measured in thousands. It is possible that after July 16, when the regulation takes effect that considers a summons delivered even if not personally received, the number could rise to tens of thousands. However, there will be hundreds of thousands or even millions of those evading service or not updating their data. Therefore, not all of them will be fined. Additionally, even with the current relatively small flow of 12,000 imposed fines, less than half have been collected so far. This suggests that the process of imposing fines is neither quick nor total.
