Russian troops have advanced near Kupiansk from the North and South

The Russian army has made significant advances near Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region from both the north and south.

From the south, Russian forces have advanced 3.5 kilometers toward the city along the Oskil River, with the village of Kolesnykivka almost entirely in the “gray zone” or under Russian control.

From the north, Russian forces have progressed on both flanks of Synkivka, suggesting an attempt to encircle the village from both sides.

It was previously reported that half of the civilian population in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, has been evacuated over the past few weeks.
