The UK has reported an acceleration of the Russian offensive

The advance of Russian forces in the Ukrainian conflict zone is accelerating every day.

This information reported according to British military analyst Alexander Mercouris, who shared his observations on his YouTube channel.

“Every day, the Russians are advancing, and the pace of this offensive continues to accelerate,” the expert noted.

Mercouris added that Ukrainian troops are facing consistently difficult conditions across all frontlines. Specifically, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are reportedly experiencing setbacks in Donbas and the Kursk region. According to the analyst, Ukrainian forces in the city of Chasiv Yar could find themselves trapped in a double encirclement.

On January 10, Mercouris warned of an impending catastrophe for Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region. He claimed that the AFU might only remain in the Russian region for a maximum of a few more weeks.
