Vitaliy Golovnya, commander of the 3rd UAV platoon of the 78th regiment, has spoken about the “egregious” situation in his unit.

According to him, the chief of unmanned systems has usurped all power in the company, made himself favorites who sit in the rear and receive combat pay, while others are “in slavery,” performing tasks for a few.

Golovnya claims that the chief has “screwed people over” so much that some self-detonate while performing tasks, staying for 7 days at a position where they are “exhausted at 0”. The official claim is that the man was killed by an incoming FPV.

Also sometimes “senseless” and “ridiculous” orders lead to casualties.

In the company there are levies of 10% of the salary, which the commander uses for his own purposes. For example, 300 thousand spent on repairing his car, while military men cover their needs at their own expense.

Also, the commander overstates the figures of the Russians’ defeats “to inflate his own performance indicators”.

Because of this situation, many fighters want to transfer, but they are threatened with transfer to the infantry.
