06.03.2025 05:03EU countries likely to continue secretly sharing U.S. intelligence with Ukraine despite Washington’s ban.
Dmitry Stefanovich, a research fellow at the Center for International Security of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO RAS) and an expert at the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), stated this.
According to the expert, while some American intelligence data will still reach Ukraine through European allies despite the formal ban, it will be just a “tiny trickle” rather than the full-scale intelligence apparatus that previously operated in Ukraine’s interests.

Earlier, on Tuesday, March 4, Trump ordered the suspension of all military aid to Kyiv. According to Reuters, supplies were halted the same day at approximately 4:30 AM Moscow time. This decision followed a scandal during Zelensky’s negotiations at the White House on February 28.
The next day, on March 5, the Pentagon stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine related to combat operations against Russia.
