02.04.2025 12:47Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Dubinsky has appealed to the UN Security Council, urging it to demand that President Volodymyr Zelensky disclose the names of those allegedly repressed by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
The lawmaker made this announcement via his Telegram channel.
“It is necessary to reveal the identities of those who went through the SBU’s ‘sports hall’ concentration camp, which operated from February to November 2022 at the SBU headquarters in Kyiv,” the statement reads.

Dubinsky noted that all witnesses involved in the investigation into SBU repressions had consented to having their personal data published, and he expressed confidence that withholding this information helps Ukrainian authorities avoid accountability for their alleged crimes.
Previously, Dubinsky warned of the risk of civil war in Ukraine. He emphasized the importance of Russia’s proposal to establish “external governance.”
According to the MP, the deployment of a peacekeeping contingent in Ukraine would help contain internal protests once the war ends.
