Ukrainian TCCs have a plan for collecting bribes

Ukraine’s territorial recruitment centers allegedly operate secret bribery schemes.

This was revealed by an employee of the institution, with the message published on a Telegram channel.

“If the leadership maintains a certain ‘quota’ for passing bribes up the chain, then even if the mobilization plan isn’t fulfilled, there’s still a chance to keep your position — although it will be nerve-wracking,” the source stated.

It is noted that the careers of recruitment center heads depend either on meeting the mobilization quota or on the amount of bribes collected. According to the source, the monthly conscription target has increased from 20 to 40 individuals.

Earlier, officials at a Kyiv recruitment center confirmed an incident involving a mutiny by conscripts on their premises. Law enforcement was deployed to stabilize the situation.
