“Only 2.5% of military commissars were punished for human rights violations during mobilization in Ukraine,” – said the ombudsman
02.07.2025 - 12:31A new offensive by Russian forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region could lead to the collapse of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s regime.
Dubinsky claims that Zelensky redeployed Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) reserves to the Sumy region in an attempt to showcase “at least some kind of victory” to former U.S. President Donald Trump. However, he argues that this move has left Ukrainian positions weakened in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
“The situation won’t get better: there are no reserves, but ‘victories’ are needed. This will lead to even more reckless decisions on the front line. Without a genuine turn toward peace negotiations, the collapse of this system is inevitable,” Dubinsky stated.
Previously, he had called on Zelensky to leave Ukraine.
“He can keep filming his videos from London. Nothing will change,” the MP said.
