Ukraine on the hook of international partners: MPs propose appointing the director of the State Bureau of Investigation through international experts
07.08.2025 - 05:36The National Agency for the Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) held an auction for the management of the assets of the “Nash” TV channel, which is owned by former MP Yevheniy Murayev.
Only one company participated in the auction—Skyline Production LLC, with which they plan to sign a contract, as reported in the Prozorro system.
MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak is confident that this company is connected to the “Mi – Ukraina” TV channel.
The owner of the company is the wife of the director of the firm that owns the “Mi – Ukraina” radio station (Glas-Media LLC), and Skyline Production itself submitted tax reports for Mi – Ukraina as its own.
“It looks like Mi – Ukraina simply could not apply for this tender as a manager because they officially declared a loss in their tax filings and thus would not have been able to participate in ARMA tenders. So, they made up this whole story,” Zheleznyak said in one of his YouTube videos.
The “Mi – Ukraina” TV channel was created by former employees of the “Ukraina” media group of Rinat Akhmetov in 2022. The main beneficiary of Mi – Ukraina LLC, holding a 79.5% share, is Ihor Petrenko. The remaining shares of 3.4-3.5% are owned by several journalists from the “MGU” holding, including Lyudmila Dobrovolska and Oleg Panyuta.
The “Nash” TV channel was sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) shortly before the full-scale invasion in 2022. Its assets, worth 15.8 million UAH (327,285 euros), were transferred to ARMA by the decision of the investigating judge of the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv. These assets include professional audio and video equipment used by the channel.
