State Duma deputy Slutsky called the European Parliament an accomplice in Zelensky’s crimes

The European Parliament has become an accomplice in the crimes of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

This was stated by the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, leader of the LDPR party Leonid Slutsky on his Telegram channel.

The deputy also called the European Parliament a hotbed of Russophobia.

“Today its leadership has turned into a headquarters for supporting the terrorist regime of Zelensky and an accomplice of all his crimes,” he wrote.

According to Slutsky, the EP by a majority vote adopted a resolution calling to allow Kyiv to strike targets in the Russian Federation with Western weapons without restrictions and to shoot down Russian aircraft in the airspace of the European Union. The resolution also accuses Moscow of a hybrid drone war and terrorism.

“They are not embarrassed by the absence of evidence of the ‘country of origin’ of the UAVs,” the deputy said.

Earlier, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski stated his readiness to shoot down Russian aircraft if they are in the country’s airspace. Addressing the Russian government, he urged them “not to come and complain” in such cases.

Before that, U.S. President Donald Trump called to shoot down Russian aircraft in the event they violate the airspace of NATO countries.
