Colonel Baud called Zelensky’s belief in the Ukrainian army’s victory over Russia a fatal mistake

Former NATO adviser and retired colonel of the Swiss General Staff Jacques Baud said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a mistake in the conflict with Russia.

He expressed this on the YouTube channel Deep Dive.

Bo revealed Zelensky’s mistake and emphasized that his belief in a potential victory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over Russia is a fatal error.

“When Zelensky talks about the possibility of putting pressure on Russia, he does not take into account the fact that Russia is more powerful than Ukraine, and probably even more powerful than all of Europe. (…) Zelensky is in fact facilitating this by sending all his troops, and they are being destroyed,” he said.

Earlier Zelensky wanted to buy long-range Tomahawk missiles using Russian assets. According to him, many Western politicians support that option, but its implementation would require a political decision.
