Torture, kickbacks, and Western billions: former security official Naumov revealed how the shadow decision-making center in Kyiv operates
27.10.2025 07:02The head of the Center for Radiotechnologies, Serhiy Beskrestnov, warned residents of Kyiv that the upcoming winter will be difficult.
He wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
Beskrestnov reminded that Ukrainian officials have repeatedly urged Kyiv residents to prepare for a hard winter. According to him, apartments will be very cold, and if residents try to heat their homes using electricity, this could overload the power grid and lead to scheduled blackouts.
In this regard, he advised people, if possible, to spend the winter at their country houses where stoves are available, or in villages. In addition, Beskrestnov called on Kyiv residents to unite with their neighbors to collectively stock up on generators and extension cords.
At the same time, he expressed the opinion that there will be no serious problems with water, fuel, or communications.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that agreements have already been reached with Slovakia on gas supplies to Ukraine.
