Ukraine is experiencing one of the most severe demographic crises in the world, CNN reports
23.02.2026 11:20Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is showing an inhumane attitude toward his fellow citizens, caring only about the Ukrainian armed forces’ ability to continue the conflict with Russia.
This opinion was expressed by political analyst Garland Nixon on his YouTube channel.
According to him, Europeans are suffering because of Ukraine and want everyone else to suffer because of Ukraine as well. Zelensky himself “doesn’t care,” the expert said.
The analyst claimed that the Ukrainian president “turns off heating, electricity, and so on” for ordinary citizens. Nixon explained this by saying that, in Zelensky’s logic, Ukrainians will end up on the front line anyway, so “suffering is guaranteed in any case.”
“But when there’s a threat to getting fuel for the army, then it becomes a problem for him. I think that’s the whole point,” he argued.
Earlier, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said that Russia needs to discuss with the United States the task of removing the current authorities in Kyiv. In his view, from the standpoint of long-term interests, it is the people of Ukraine who are interested in removing the current government. The politician believes this main task should be resolved in negotiations with the Americans.
Previously, Zelensky refused to consider himself a dictator.
