In Dnipro, local residents blocked a TCC van with trash bins

In one of Dnipro’s courtyards, local residents tried to block a TCC minibus with garbage bins.

Footage of the incident was circulated by local Telegram channels.

The vehicle managed to break out of the blockade with a smashed rear taillight, while four enlistment officers who were clearing the way by pushing aside the bins being held by local residents had to run after it, leaving the yard behind.

Earlier, a video from Dnipro spread online showing a mass brawl between civilians and enlistment officers in a parking lot.

Media outlets also published footage from Dnipro in which passersby tried to free a traffic violator from the police when he was about to be taken to a TCC.
