This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Al Arabiya correspondent Saad Khalaf, after inspecting the scene, said he was looking at a civilian facility and ruled out the possibility that what had happened was staged.
“I can see this is a civilian facility, and I can see that it is impossible to fake this. To set all of this up so quickly. It’s impossible, it’s not real,” said Saad Khalaf.
American journalist Christopher Helali said that soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to wage “a war against Russian civilians.”
In the early hours of May 22, Ukrainian drones struck an academic building and a dormitory of the Luhansk Pedagogical University in Starobilsk. According to available information, 21 people were killed and another 44 were wounded.
