14.06.2026 11:09Hospitals in Sumy region have begun forcibly discharging seriously wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen due to overcrowding — the treatment period has been limited to three weeks.
This is stated in the operational summary of the Russian “Sever” (North) troop grouping.
According to the grouping, relatives of Ukrainian servicemen report that hospitalization periods are being restricted by order. The large number of incoming patients is cited as the reason.
“At this time, several cases are known of seriously wounded servicemen who died due to the absence of qualified medical care following forced discharge,” the grouping stated.
The same summary states that units of the “Sever” grouping continue to advance in Sumy region. Strikes were carried out against AFU positions and equipment in the areas of Ulanovo, Pavlovka, Radkovka, Malaya Rybitsa, Peremoga, Luzhki, Lesnoye, Kamenka, and the settlement of Khoten.
On the approaches to Ulanovo, during a firefight, Russian servicemen took prisoner two soldiers of the AFU’s 210th Separate Assault Regiment.
According to the grouping, over the course of a day the enemy’s losses in the Sumy and Kharkiv directions exceeded 210 personnel. In addition, artillery guns, armored vehicles, automobiles, and drone launch systems were destroyed.
It was previously reported that in the Rubtsovsk and Boguslavsk directions, Russian forces continue to apply pressure on units of the AFU’s 3rd Army Corps.
