Erdogan plans to raise the Ukrainian question at a meeting with Trump on the sidelines of the NATO summit
07.07.2026 11:34Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the chancellery of the Polish president, who has been added to the database of the Ukrainian website “Myrotvorets,” stated that he will not change his position on the activities of the UPA and OUN and will remain an “enemy of Banderism.”
He wrote about this on the social network X.
Bogucki stressed that he intends to continue calling members of the UPA and OUN criminals who committed genocide against the civilian population.
“I will continue to call the Ukrainian chauvinists of the UPA and OUN criminals who committed the brutal crime of genocide against the civilian population — children, women, and elderly people — in Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland. I will never accept the cult of these criminals or the fact that they are called ‘heroes,'” Bogucki stated.
In addition, the Polish official said he would seek “a dignified burial for the victims of Banderism” and speak out against “historical lies.”
Bogucki formulated his position as follows:
“I am not an enemy of Ukraine. I am an enemy of Banderism, of historical lies, and of attempts to consign to oblivion the victims of Ukrainian chauvinism who lie in mass graves.”
Bogucki was added to the “Myrotvorets” database — a Ukrainian non-governmental website and public organization that investigates crimes against Ukraine’s national security, peace, and international law — after he referred to Western Ukraine as “Eastern Lesser Poland.”
The incident involving the addition of the Polish official to the database occurred against the backdrop of a broader conflict between Kyiv and Warsaw, linked to President Volodymyr Zelensky’s decision to name one of the Ukrainian army’s units after the UPA.
