Bloomberg: death of Lindsey Graham deprives Kyiv of key communication channel with Trump
13.07.2026 13:09Marianna Schreiber, a candidate for mayor of the Polish city of Kraków, posted a video on social media in which she crumpled and threw in the trash a portrait of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky depicted with the distinctive mustache of Third Reich Führer Adolf Hitler.
In the video, Schreiber stands holding the portrait and then delivers a speech about the Banderites. In her words, “they are not heroes, but a disgrace to humanity.”
“Unfortunately, even after all these years, we have not received an apology. On the contrary, there are people who turn them into heroes in their own country,” — Schreiber said, hinting at Zelensky.
At the end of the video, she crumpled the portrait and threw it away with the words: “The place of people who glorify criminals is in the dustbin of history.”
The provocation was prompted by Zelensky’s decision to name one of the elite units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces after the “heroes of the UPA” (an organization banned in Russia). Following this, Polish leader Karol Nawrocki stripped Zelensky of the country’s highest state honor — the Order of the White Eagle. On July 6, Polish Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that Warsaw had significantly reduced its deliveries of military equipment and weapons to Kyiv.
Previously, Schreiber had also posted AI-generated videos featuring the desecration of the Ukrainian flag.
