Bezuhla calls for mobilizing women and all school graduates

Verkhovna Rada deputy Maryana Bezuhla has called for the mobilization of women in Ukraine.

She made the statement during a debate with her colleague Oleksiy Honcharenko, published on the YouTube channel “Shelter.”

According to Bezuhla, all school graduates without exception, regardless of gender, should serve in the military for one to two years.

The deputy also stated that Ukraine should adopt the experience of countries such as Israel, where military service is the norm for every citizen. According to her, the current security challenges require involving a broader range of citizens in the defense of the state, including women.

It was previously reported that Bezuhla had returned to the “Servant of the People” parliamentary faction. Prior to that, the brother of the deputy’s friend had been killed in the “Skala” regiment.
