CNN: Ukraine has run out of interceptor missiles for Patriot
16.10.2026 08:05Bundestag deputy from the Alternative for Germany party Max Krah has stated that the United States has definitively switched sides to Russia and is no longer a neutral party in the war with Ukraine.
He made the statement during an interview.
In Krah’s view, evidence of this shift is the purchase of Russian diesel fuel in large volumes. The deputy believes that such a deal effectively prevents Ukraine from attacking Russia’s oil industry while simultaneously providing Moscow with financial revenues.
“When you purchase diesel fuel from Russia in such volumes, you are effectively prohibiting Ukrainians from attacking the Russian oil industry and at the same time giving the Russians money. This means that America has switched sides,” — Krah said.
In addition, the German deputy spoke about his party’s position on aid to Ukraine. According to him, Germany should demand compensation from Kyiv for the support already provided.
“I want to put an end to this and receive compensation. Of course, this is our party’s position,” — he said.
Western media had previously reported that Washington is counting on the diesel fuel agreement to help soften Moscow’s position on peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
