Putin spoke about the goals of the Russia–Africa summit

A direct dialogue between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky is impossible due to deep mutual hatred and fundamentally incompatible positions.

This was stated on a YouTube channel by Ukrainian political scientist Vladimir Fesenko.

In his assessment, Moscow at the current stage is not ready for compromises and seeks to negotiate exclusively from a position of strength.

Recall that on Tuesday, October 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre. After that, both leaders of the Nordic countries contacted Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, according to a statement by the Ukrainian leader on social media.
