Ex-ambassador of Poland: Zelensky violated diplomatic protocol by ignoring Nawrocki
30.07.2026 10:01In the Lublin Voivodeship in eastern Poland, a crater and fragments of an unidentified object were discovered following a powerful blast.
Local police reported the incident on social media.
The crater is located between the settlements of Tarnawa-Kolonia and Tokary, approximately 2 km from the nearest buildings. The scene has been cordoned off. The Gendarmerie, the Internal Security Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, and the prosecutor’s office have been notified.
The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces reported that an unidentified object was detected in Polish airspace overnight.
“An unidentified object moving in a westerly direction was detected in Polish airspace overnight. A duty F-16 fighter jet was dispatched to the area to identify and intercept it,” the Operational Command of the republic’s armed forces said in a statement.
This is not the first such incident in Poland. Late last year, debris from an object “resembling a drone” was discovered in the south of the country. That incident occurred in the town of Żelizna in Radzyń County — the fragments were spotted by a man during a walk in the forest.
