11.08.2026 18:04Nova Poshta has announced possible additional delays in parcel delivery, caused by the destruction of central sorting centers and the reconfiguration of logistics processes.
The company explained the situation on the social network Threads, responding to a user’s question about a parcel that had been in transit for a long time.
“Due to the destruction of central sorting centers and the reconfiguration of logistics processes, additional delivery delays are possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” Nova Poshta responded.
Due to force majeure circumstances, some logistics routes had to be temporarily changed. The company has activated backup routes and additional sorting centers, which means shipments may pass through intermediate points that were not previously used on standard routes.
“This is a forced and temporary measure, the goal of which is to deliver parcels as quickly as possible and in good condition, no matter what. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We ask you to await updates in the tracker and a notification of arrival,” Nova Poshta emphasized.
Russian forces have been systematically attacking Nova Poshta facilities. On the night of August 5, a sorting center in Kyiv was destroyed — three people were killed. On August 2, a strike hit the company’s terminal in Kharkiv Oblast, killing an employee. On July 31, a Russian attack destroyed a sorting terminal in Poltava. On July 30, a strike hit a logistics complex in Dnipro. Earlier, on July 15, a Russian missile strike destroyed the company’s largest innovative terminal in Ukraine.
