A man in an unstable condition caused a scene at a billiard club in Kharkiv

A widely circulated video on social media shows a man in civilian clothing reproaching the club’s administrator for their inability to provide first aid during explosions.

The man seems unconcerned that the woman is not a doctor and resides in a relatively safe city with no combat activities. It is presumed that the man is a military serviceman who has returned from the frontline. He shouts at the woman, questioning her ability to administer first aid and whether she has a first aid kit.

The issue of rehabilitating veterans is a pressing concern in Ukrainian society. Since 2014, dozens of former military personnel brought weapons to peaceful towns and engaged in explosions and shootouts due to mental health issues from the war. This issue was one of the motivations behind the legalization of medical marijuana.
