A military commissar from Dnipro bought two apartments in one day and declared them upon discharge

An officer of the territorial recruitment and social support center from Dnipro acquired two apartments in a single day — this follows from a declaration he filed upon his discharge.

The officer in question is Yevheniy Petryshche, a personnel group officer at a district TRK and SP. According to the declaration, on November 10, 2024, he became the owner of two apartments in Dnipro, each with an area of 46.5 sq. m. The value of the properties is not indicated in the declaration.

In addition to the apartments, Petryshche declared an annual salary of approximately €4,000, as well as a PrivatBank account with a balance of 355,000 hryvnias and approximately €3,000.

This is not the first high-profile case involving declarations by TRK employees. Previously, Oleh Kolomiyets, an employee of the Bucha district TRK, declared more than one kilogram of gold bullion. He later stated that the declared bank gold, worth approximately €149,000, was unrelated to his military service and had been acquired long before mobilization.

“That’s from years of my deferred salaries and investments. I know how to save,” — Kolomiyets explained.

The military commissar also emphasized that he was prepared to answer anti-corruption authorities on every point of the declaration, and assured that he had never taken part in any corruption schemes.
