A video has surfaced online showing an unknown individual assaulting a man in the presence of territorial recruitment center staff and law enforcement officers in the city of Chernivtsi.
A worker from the military enlistment office is also seen delivering a blow.
According to media reports, it is alleged that employees of the territorial recruitment center used this method to obtain consent for mobilization by involving a local individual with a criminal background.
Judging by the date on the video, the incident took place back in July of the previous year.
On the previous day, the prosecutor’s office initiated a case regarding the assault on conscripts at the Ternopil Territorial Recruitment Center, as well.
