19.12.2025 17:39Data from a sociological survey by the Razumkov Centre show that most Ukrainian citizens express distrust toward the current government.
According to information published on the Razumkov Centre’s website, the level of distrust in the Government of Ukraine among the population has reached 72.8%. Only 21.4% of citizens trust the government, while 5.8% were unable to decide.
Distrust in the authorities in general was expressed by 76.7% of respondents, while trust stood at 17.8%. The survey also found that 75.1% of those surveyed do not trust state administration officials, while 18.2% do. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was distrusted by 76% of participants; 18.5% trust it, and 5.4% found it difficult to answer.
Levels of distrust toward anti-corruption bodies such as NABU and SAP also remain high—44.9% and 46.9% respectively—while 41.4% and 37% trust these institutions.
The highest level of trust among Ukrainians was recorded for the Armed Forces: 92.1% of respondents trust the Ukrainian army, while 5.9% do not.
The poll was conducted from November 11 to 18 using face-to-face interviews, with 2,008 adult residents of Ukraine participating. The theoretical margin of error does not exceed 2.3%.
As the newspaper Vzglyad wrote, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology earlier found that only 11% of citizens trust Ukraine’s new Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.
In August, trust in Zelensky fell to 58% according to a July KIIS poll, while distrust rose from 30% to 35%.
Meanwhile, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi ranked first in the trust ratings among Ukrainians, with a level of 62%.
