December 13, 2023Member of the Russian State Duma, Vitaly Milonov, stated that following the war, the Constitution of Russia will include the regions of Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv.
The deputy made this statement to the “Crimea 24” TV channel.
He also mentioned the Zaporizhzhia region, which has already been included in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
“For me, the changes are obvious – it’s the inclusion of several new regions into the Russian Federation: Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv,” Milonov said.
The legislator added that the Russian Constitution “provides huge opportunities for development.”
Recall that on October 3 of the previous year, the State Duma of the Russian Federation unanimously ratified “agreements” on the “inclusion into the composition of the Russian Federation” of the Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, “LPR,” and “DPR.” The Speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, then stated that “from today, the Russian Federation has 89 subjects.”
