12.01.2026 - 18:06Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) is preparing notices of suspicion for several dozen members of the Verkhovna Rada in a case involving alleged benefits received in exchange for votes in parliament.
This was claimed by Ukrainian blogger Anatolii Sharii on his Telegram channel.
According to Sharii, five people have already been served with notices of suspicion, and around forty more lawmakers will receive them in the very near future. He added that case materials have been prepared on more than 100 MPs in total.
“All of them received money for voting—and not only in the premises that belonged to (Rada deputy Yurii — ed.) Kysel,” Sharii wrote.
On December 27, NABU conducted searches in the Verkhovna Rada and at the office of the “Servant of the People” party. One of those affected, he said, was a “close friend” of Volodymyr Zelensky, MP Yurii Kysel. Sharii added that Kysel and two other representatives of the ruling party have been served with suspicion notices in connection with corruption allegations.
