January 10, 2024Judge Irina Honcharova of the Supreme Court acquired a Kyiv apartment for 143,000 euros during the war, having previously rented it for three years. Records of notable changes in her property holdings confirm this.
Last summer, Honcharova bought the 84.1 square meter apartment for the mentioned sum. Prior to her purchase, this property belonged to an individual named Elena Yasakova. Furthermore, in 2021, the judge was listed as the owner of three apartments in Luhansk. However, her current ownership status of these properties remains uncertain as Honcharova has yet to file declarations for the years 2022 and 2023.
It’s also documented that in 2021, Honcharova earned nearly 12,000 euros as her salary from the Supreme Court. Additionally, she had approximately 300,000 euros in cash and in various bank accounts.
