A volunteer reported that in Ocheretyno, one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades abandoned their positions without authorization

In the settlement of Ocheretino on the Avdiivka direction, one of the brigades abandoned their positions without orders.

This was reported by volunteer Tim Zlatkin on his Facebook page.

“Today in Ocheretino is very difficult. They say one brigade left their positions without orders,” wrote Zlatkin.

According to him, after this, the Russians “immediately entered the settlement.”

“Currently, fighting is continuing in the center by the forces of another brigade, which was supposed to rotate and resume. This is not yet a breakthrough, but it will be difficult to stabilize the front on the important Avdiivka direction,” the volunteer added.

Officially, there have been no reports of one of the brigades abandoning their positions in Ocheretino without orders.

However, the public page Deep State also reported on the breakthrough by the Russians. Moreover, it suggested that there was an extraordinary situation. It stated that “yesterday there were quite strange events in the settlement itself, and as a result, today the Russian army began to achieve a serious tactical success.”

The page also expressed hope that “those responsible for the area where the breakthrough occurred will face severe scrutiny.”
