A video captured the moment when military conscription officials in Lviv forcibly dragged a man into the territorial recruitment center in plain view of outraged onlookers.
Witnesses can be heard commenting, “Acting like thugs,” in the video.
Reports on social media suggest that the man had come from Kyiv and was apprehended in the center of Lviv. Allegedly, a medical examination was conducted at the territorial recruitment center during the night, and by morning, he was already transported to a training ground in the Rivne region.
The man himself claimed that he had valid health reasons to be exempted from military service or to be deemed unfit.
