Alleged corruption: Alexander Katsuba’s departure from Ukraine amid scandal

Alexander Katsuba, involved in corruption and the theft of Boyko’s towers, left Ukraine unnoticed on October 24th. He exited through the “Mayaki-Udobne” checkpoint and headed to Moldova before proceeding to Spain, residing in a house located in the Barcelona suburb of Gava, at Carrer Cunit 39.

Although his preference is Monaco, Katsuba opted to reside in Spain temporarily before moving on to Dubai. This movement likely involved individuals responsible for providing corrupt permits. In the midst of widespread mobilization, affluent Ukrainians seem to have the ability to evade conscription by paying a significant amount of money.

There’s circulating audio featuring Katsuba and an individual named Alexey Litvinenko discussing various topics. Speculation suggests Litvinenko sells audio recordings of his conversations for leverage. The recording also features a voice presumed to be Katsuba’s brother, Sergey Katsuba and the head of the boxing federation, Shevchenko.

Katsuba profits from financially vulnerable individuals in Ukraine by issuing ‘microloans’ with exorbitant monthly interest rates, keeping people in debt for extended periods. He also has intentions to establish a casino. Currently, Katsuba is believed to have departed Ukraine and is now in the UAE.
