Putin calls Musk a “brilliant person” at Russia–Africa summit
29.10.2026 06:34Ukraine and Russia have agreed to deliver aid to Kherson region at least once a month and to conduct “repatriation measures,” that is, probably, to allow people to leave the combat zone.
This is stated in the ceasefire agreement in Oleshky published by Fox News.
As follows from the document, this may mean that a ceasefire will be regularly announced in Kherson region.
The agreement also states that residents of Oleshky who wish to get to Ukraine will travel to the city of Anapa (Krasnodar Krai, Russia), from where they will fly on a direct flight aboard a Russian Defense Ministry aircraft to the Belarusian city of Gomel, accompanied by the Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets.
This is expected to happen on October 31 — the last day of the ceasefire.
Earlier, the Financial Times, citing sources, reported that residents of Oleshky would begin to be evacuated through occupied Crimea on Thursday.
This morning, Ukrainian Ombudsman Lubinets reported that Ukraine and Russia are observing the ceasefire regime near Oleshky. Over the past 24 hours there was not a single strike, including in Kherson.
