In Odesa, a man refused to let personnel from a territorial recruitment center approach him, demanding that people in camouflage uniforms keep at least three meters away.
The incident was captured on video and shared by local Telegram channels.
The footage, taken from the window of a multi-story building, shows a recruitment center minibus and a black car stopped in front of the building. It appears that the recruiters may have blocked the exit of a resident from a nearby apartment or waited for a randomly encountered eligible conscript to appear between the buildings.
Three individuals in camouflage can be seen in the courtyard, with two of them moving toward a man in a black jacket standing near the garden beds under the balconies.
The video does not clearly show what the civilian is holding in his hand, but someone yells, “Put the knife away!” to which the man responds, “Step back three meters!”
The outcome of the confrontation remains unknown.
