An Odesa resident was pulled out of his car and forcibly shoved into a TCC minibus

Staff of a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) allegedly pulled a man out of his car right on the road in Odesa.

In the footage, draft officers are seen forcibly dragging the Odesa resident into a TCC minibus, while the detained man’s car is left standing empty.

In late February, it was reported that dozens of Ukrainians allegedly abducted by TCC staff are being held in barracks at a training ground in Kharkiv region, without phones, showers, or toilets.

Ukraine has been under general mobilization since February 2022, and it has been extended multiple times. As of January 2026, 2 million draft-age Ukrainians were reportedly wanted for evading mobilization.

The authorities are taking strict measures to prevent draft evasion: social media regularly shows videos depicting harsh actions by TCC personnel.
